Effective date: 11 Aug 2026 Last updated: 11 Aug 2026

Allied Green Energy Solutions Inc. ("AGESI", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

We process personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

1. Who we are

Allied Green Energy Solutions Inc. is a solar engineering, procurement, and construction company registered in the Philippines, with offices at 33rd Floor, The Trade & Financial Tower, 32nd Street corner 7th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

For any question about this policy or about how we handle your data, contact our Data Protection Officer:

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly

When you complete an enquiry form, book an appointment, or contact us by phone, email, or messaging app, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Mobile number and email address
  • Your city and province, and the address of the property being assessed
  • Property type, roof type, and estimated monthly electricity spend
  • Copies of your electricity bills, where you choose to upload them
  • Any other information you volunteer in your message

Information contained in electricity bills

If you send us your Meralco or other distribution utility bills, these typically contain the registered account holder's name, service address, customer account number, and historical consumption data. We use this solely to size your system and prepare your proposal. If the account is not in your name, please make sure you have the account holder's permission before sending it to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

Information from site visits

During a site assessment we may take photographs and measurements of the property, including the roof, the electrical panel, and the meter installation.

3. Why we use it

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
  • Carry out a site assessment and prepare an engineered proposal
  • Size your system and calculate projected savings using your actual consumption
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and invoices
  • Apply for permits and net metering approval on your behalf
  • Process a financing application with a partner bank, where you ask us to
  • Deliver, install, commission, and maintain your system
  • Handle warranty claims and service requests
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
  • Send you information about our services, where you have agreed to receive it

4. Our legal basis

We rely on the following grounds under the Data Privacy Act:

  • Consent — where you have voluntarily submitted your details through our forms, or agreed to receive marketing communications
  • Contract — where processing is necessary to prepare or perform a contract with you
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information under Philippine law
  • Legitimate interests — for the ordinary administration of our business, provided this does not override your rights

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal, and may mean we can no longer provide certain services.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

Distribution utilities. Where you ask us to handle your net metering application, we submit the information the utility requires, which may include your name, service address, account number, and system specifications.

Local government units and regulators. As required to obtain electrical permits, certificates of final electrical inspection, and other approvals.

Partner banks and financing institutions. Where you ask us to arrange financing, we share the information the lender requires to assess your application. We do this only on your instruction, and the lender's own privacy policy governs what happens to your data once it reaches them.

Suppliers and subcontractors. Where necessary to deliver equipment or complete work at your property, limited to the information required for that purpose.

Professional advisers and authorities. Where we are legally required to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

Service providers. We use third-party software to run our business, including customer relationship management, email, file storage, and website hosting. These providers process data on our instructions and are bound to keep it confidential.

Where a provider stores data outside the Philippines, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for:

  • Enquiries that do not proceed — up to [24] months, after which they are deleted
  • Client records — for the duration of the engagement and for [10] years afterwards, to support warranty claims, service history, and statutory record-keeping
  • Financial and tax records — as required under Philippine tax and corporate law
  • Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you

7. How we protect it

We maintain organizational, physical, and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls limiting personal data to staff who need it, secured business systems, confidentiality obligations on our personnel, and encryption in transit where supported.

No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to give rise to a real risk of serious harm, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

  • Be informed whether your personal data is being processed, and how
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Object to processing, including direct marketing
  • Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Erasure or blocking of data that is unlawfully obtained, no longer necessary, or processed in breach of your rights
  • Data portability — to obtain your data in a commonly used electronic format
  • Damages for inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained data
  • Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details in section 1. We will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
