Who we serve
Solar for homes, businesses, and branch networks

The same engineering standard, whatever the size of your roof.

Residential

Rooftop on-grid and hybrid systems, typically 5 to 30 kWp. We size the array against your actual Meralco bills rather than a rule of thumb, handle the net metering application end to end, and install with our own engineers. Bank financing available.

Commercial & Industrial

Factories, warehouses, and PEZA-locator sites from 40 kWp upward. Behind-the-meter systems designed around your load profile and demand charges, with a full bill of quantities and financial model in your hands before you commit to anything.

Branch & Multi-Site Networks

Standardized rollouts across bank branches and retail chains. One design, one contractor, one point of accountability — repeated site by site without renegotiating scope every time. Weekly performance monitoring across every solar deployed site.

Your electricity bill is a 25-year expense. Solar turns it into a 5-year one.

Meralco rates have climbed steadily for two decades and will keep climbing. A properly sized solar system fixes most of that cost today. We size against your actual bills, so the numbers in your proposal are yours — not a national average.

Questions worth asking before you sign

The things people ask us before they commit.

Most of our clients see 50–70% off their monthly bill, though the exact figure depends on how much electricity you use during daylight hours. A household that runs aircon and appliances during the day saves more than one that's empty until 6pm. We size the system against your actual Meralco bills, so the number in your proposal is calculated from your consumption — not a national average.

Net metering lets your grid-connected system export unused daytime power to Meralco in exchange for peso credits on your next bill. One honest detail worth knowing: exported energy is credited at the utility's generation cost rather than the full retail rate you pay, so a kilowatt-hour you use directly is worth more than one you export. Yes, we handle the entire application — the utility paperwork, the interconnection requirements, and the coordination with your LGU for the electrical permits.

A standard on-grid system shuts down during an outage. That's a mandatory safety feature — it prevents your panels from energizing lines that utility crews may be working on. If backup power matters to you, a hybrid system with battery storage keeps your essential circuits running through a brownout. We'll walk you through the cost difference so you can decide whether it's worth it for your situation.

A typical residential system takes three to seven days on site once materials are delivered. Commercial and industrial installations run from two to six weeks depending on size and roof access. The permitting and net metering approval runs on a separate track and is the longer part of the timeline — we start it early so it isn't holding up your commissioning.

Panels carry a 25-year performance warranty and a manufacturer product warranty; inverters are typically covered for five to ten years depending on brand. We process the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf — you deal with us, not with a supplier overseas. Our O&M service covers monitoring, so in most cases we spot an underperforming string before you notice anything on your bill.

South-facing roofs perform best in the Philippines, but east and west-facing roofs work well too — typically within 10–15% of optimal. Flat concrete roofs are excellent, since we can tilt the array to whatever angle produces most. Shading matters far more than orientation: a single tree or adjacent building over the array costs you more than a less-than-perfect direction ever will.

What happens next

  1. Within 1-2 business days — an engineer calls you to confirm details and answer questions.
  2. Within 3-5 business days — we schedule a site-visit, or prepare a preliminary proposal from your bills if you'd rather start remotely.
  3. Within 7-10 business days of the site visit — you receive a full proposal with system sizing, bill of quantities, and financial model.

I agree to AGESI processing my information to prepare a solar proposal, in line with the Privacy Policy.

I'd like AGESI to share my details with partner banks to assess financing options.
